Please read our terms and cancellation policy carefully before booking
a transfer with Khao Sok Transfers.

General Terms

Khao Sok Transfers provides private ground transportation services including airport transfers, city transfers, and pier connections. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions
outlined on this page.

Private Transfer Service

• All transfers provided are private and not shared with other passengers.
• Vehicles are assigned based on the number of passengers and luggage.
• The service includes transportation only and does not include ferry tickets,
accommodation, or additional activities unless stated otherwise.

Pickup & Drop-off

• Airport pickups include meet & greet at the arrival area when applicable.
• Hotel and pier pickups are arranged at the agreed time and location.
• For Cheow Lan Lake floating bungalow guests, pickup is arranged at the pier.
Boat transfers from floating bungalows are handled by the accommodation.

Flight Delays & Waiting Time

• We allow free waiting time for reasonable flight delays.
• If a delay exceeds normal waiting time, additional charges may apply.
• Please inform us as soon as possible if your flight details change.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).
• Prices are fixed and include fuel, tolls, parking fees, and driver service.
• Additional stops or special requests may result in additional charges.
• Payment methods and timing will be confirmed during booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup time:
Full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time:
Cancellation fees may apply.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged in full.

Changes to Booking

• Changes to pickup time or location are subject to availability.
• Please contact us as early as possible to request changes.

Cancellations by Khao Sok Transfers

• In rare circumstances where we are unable to provide the service,
a full refund will be issued or an alternative solution will be offered.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions,
ferry schedules, or events beyond our control.

Island & Pier Transfers

• Transfers to island destinations include land transportation only.
• Ferry or boat tickets are not included unless clearly stated.
• We assist with timing coordination but are not responsible for
ferry delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

Liability

• Khao Sok Transfers is not responsible for missed flights, ferries,
or activities due to delays beyond our control.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may be charged accordingly.
